Imagine feeling stronger six months from now.
A medical weight and metabolic programme in Singapore.
Twelve weeks, three structured phases, built on habits, not hype.

Start with a weight and metabolic assessment: a doctor reviews your history, habits and metabolic health, and maps what actually fits you. Where you go from there is built around what you need.
Maybe you've tried before.
Maybe it worked for a while, then quietly stopped working.
Or maybe you're not sure whether the problem is willpower or something underneath it.
There is no expectation that you should already have this worked out.
We don't believe success looks the same for everyone.
For one woman it might be steadier energy through the day.
For another it's feeling steadier in her own body again.
For someone else it's simply understanding what's been happening in her body.
From your doctor
The programme, in her own words.
“A lot of women think that weight management is just about the medications, but honestly, that is the smallest part of the conversation.”
“The program is structured over 12 weeks because we're trying to build something underneath the weight loss... The goal isn't perfection. It's creating something realistic and sustainable for her actual life.”
“Medication where clinically appropriate can be a very useful tool, but it's just one tool inside the plan.”
Dr Kavina Kaur Shahi, female GP and Clinical Director
First, three things worth knowing
Lasting change needs all three.
01
A plan is what makes change hold.
Short-term weight loss can happen without long-term structure.
What usually lasts is the habit work, follow-up, and accountability built around the change.
02
You're doing the work, not us.
Our doctor leads the programme.
You bring effort, patience, persistence.
Together we build change that lasts for the long term, not the launch week.
03
Twelve weeks, with support that continues.
Three structured phases with follow-ups every four weeks.
The habits you work on are yours to keep building after the programme ends.
More than a prescription
Medication is one tool, considered only when it is clinically right for you and decided together after a full assessment. Around it sits the real work: nutrition, movement, behavioural coaching, and a plan built for your body.
Motivation runs out. Something steadier doesn't.
We build the patterns that are easier to keep using after the first burst of motivation passes.
- Structure
- Consistency
- Patience
- Discipline
- Accountability
Not perfection.
Three phases. Twelve weeks. With your doctor.
Step 1
Understand your starting point.
A doctor assessment that looks at you, not simply the number on the scale.
Your health, previous attempts, daily routine, eating and activity patterns, goals, strengths and barriers.
Relevant metabolic risk factors, measurements and blood results, so your plan starts from where you are now.
Step 2
Build your personalised plan.
Once your assessment and blood results are reviewed, a dedicated planning consultation.
Together we set realistic priorities around nutrition, movement, sleep, behaviour, metabolic health, and medication where clinically appropriate.
Then we turn them into clear actions for the next four weeks, including what your bare minimum looks like on a difficult day.
Step 3
Build consistency.
Your personalised accountability tracker.
Weekly accountability check-ins.
Three structured doctor reviews, adjusting the plan as you go.
The programme is built around assessment, structure, follow-up and accountability, not a quick fix.
What would life look like with the energy to keep up with the people you love?
Lasting change is built, not willed.
Weight tends to return when the underlying habits and support were never built.
That's a structure problem, not a personal failing.
This programme is built to give you that structure and support.

“I've personally struggled with weight for most of my life as well, so I understand the emotional and mental side of that journey too. What has worked for me over time has been structure, discipline, consistency, patience, persistence and accountability, not perfection.”
“That's the same kind of supportive and realistic approach I try to bring into the clinic for my patients as well.”

The questions we get asked most
Answered honestly, including the ones without a tidy answer.
Start with the assessment. Decide after.
No pressure, just a conversation about what would actually fit your life.
