Menopause
Menopauseis a stage of life, not something to get through quietly.
For some women it arrives with little fuss. For others it changes sleep, mood and energy in ways nobody quite warned them about. Either way, what happens to your health from here is worth understanding properly.

Because sometimes, the most reassuring words we can hear are, “I've felt that too.”
Dr Kavina
Perhaps your periods stopped a while ago and nobody talked to you about what comes next.
- 01Perhaps you were told this part is simply something to live with
- 02Maybe the symptoms eased but you're not sure what to watch now
- 03Perhaps someone mentioned bones, or your heart, and it stayed with you
- 04Or maybe you're simply wondering, “What should I actually be doing at this stage?”
We honour where you are
Every woman arrives at menopause differently.
Some come with a long list of questions.
Some come because a friend said something that worried them.
Some feel well and simply want to know what's worth checking.
Others are still carrying symptoms that never quite settled.
There is no “right” time to start thinking about this.
There is no expectation that you should already know what matters.
Our role isn't to tell you how you should feel about this stage.
It's to understand where you're starting from, listen to what matters most to you and help you navigate what comes next together.
Understanding brings confidence
We believe that meaningful healthcare begins with education. During your consultation, we'll take the time to understand your symptoms, your medical history and your personal goals. Together, we'll explore:
What has changed, and what is settled rather than still changing
How this stage may affect your bone health over the coming years
What it means for your heart and your cardiometabolic health
Which screenings are worth doing now, and at what interval
What investigations, if any, may be appropriate
The lifestyle, medical and supportive options available to you
Your goals matter
Not every woman needs the same plan.
Healthcare should be personalised, not prescribed.
At BloomHealth, we don't believe success looks the same for everyone.
For one woman, it might be sleeping properly again.
For another, it may be knowing her bones are being looked after.
For someone else, it may simply be understanding what's happening and feeling reassured.
Whatever your goals may be, we'll work with you to create a plan that feels realistic, sustainable and aligned with your life.

You were never meant to navigate this alone
Health is deeply personal.
But it should never feel lonely.
As BloomHealth grows, our Bloom Circles will create opportunities for women walking similar journeys to learn together, support one another and realise they are not alone.
How BloomHealth can support you
Your consultation may include:
A comprehensive discussion about your symptoms and concerns
Review of your menstrual and medical history
Assessment of lifestyle factors that may be influencing your wellbeing
A conversation about bone health and cardiometabolic health at this stage
Recommendations for appropriate investigations where indicated
Discussion of which screenings are due, including breast and colorectal screening
Evidence-based discussion of available options, hormonal and non-hormonal
Ongoing follow-up and support as your needs change over time
Where our care ends, said plainly
Dr Kavina is a female GP, not a hormone specialist, and she doesn't prescribe hormone replacement therapy.
If your assessment suggests it may be an option, we'll explain that clearly and refer you to a specialist who can discuss it with you.
Mammograms and colorectal screening are arranged elsewhere too, and we'll help you understand which are due and where to go.
Either way, our hope is that you'll leave knowing what you're looking at, and why.
Consultation fees
| Initial Consultation | S$120 |
|---|---|
| Planned Follow-up Review | S$90 |
Laboratory tests and any further investigations are billed separately where they are needed. A planned follow-up review applies to a scheduled review of the same concern. If a new or unrelated concern comes up, or a fuller reassessment is needed, that visit is booked as a new initial consultation.
Our philosophy
At BloomHealth, we believe the best kind of healthcare empowers people to become better versions of themselves.
By honouring where you are today, helping you understand your health and supporting you with evidence-based care, our hope is that you'll leave every consultation feeling more informed, more confident and more empowered to make decisions that are right for you.
Because healthcare isn't just about treating symptoms.
It's about helping people navigate life's transitions with clarity, confidence and compassion.
